I just came back from my 2nd mini vacation. This time I went to Germany to visit my best friend who lives there. It was really nice to be able to hang out with her again. Due to inflammation we see each other less and less.
My trip started with staying awake until 4 am because my buss left my city at 5:10 am. I decide to do a night stream to keep my mind from falling asleep. I streamed a cozy supermarket game called “InKonbini”. It was really nice and just what I needed to keep me awake. I ended the stream at 4 to leave since it does take me about 30 min in to town. Since it was too early for public transport I had to rent one of those e-scooters. The annoying part was that I had issue paying for the scooter, so it took me almost 20 min of trying before I got it to work. I thought I would miss the buss, but thankfully I forgot it left and 5:10 instead of 5am, so I had 10 more minutes.
Then there was just an 8-9h buss ride until I ended up in the city where my friend was picking me up. The first day was mostly spent trying out new noodles and getting bubble tea. Other than that we just chilled in her place and got to great all her doggos again.

The first proper day was Friday where her friend came over in the afternoon to give me a much needed haircut and then in the evening we headed to a carnival. I bought a tiny panda key chain, a pineapple & coconut liqueur. I also tried the attraction where you shoot tiny targets. The gun was quite heavy to hold I ended up getting 4 points. I chose one of those plastic planes you build yourself. Seeing it brought back fond memories of when me and my dad used to make them. Then at the end we drove to a hillside so that we could see the firework show that they were doing.

Saturday we were quite tired from the day before and we had plans to hang with my friend’s boyfriend in the evening, so we just decided to chill during the day. Played some games, did a tiny bit of cleaning, walked the doggos and then we headed off to his place at around 6 pm. At his place we played the German version of “Go for Broke” called “Mankomania”. Where the goal is to go bankrupt. It was my first time, but I managed to get 2nd place. Somehow my friend’s bf manged to win within 3 rounds. After that we played a lot of Noosh which is a version of Farkle. 1st round the bf won, but 2nd round I won. Since it was quite late by the time we finished our 2nd game, we decided to call it a night.

Sadly I did not sleep that well at his place. Nothing wrong with my bed or anything, but it was just waay too hot so I was constantly waking up every hour from discomfort. We left at around 8am because we had to drive back and walk the dogs.
Sunday after we got back from his place, we walked the dogs, relaxed a bit and then booked an appointment at a driving simulation place. You get to sit in a full driving sim rig chair and race with and against your friends. We brought another friend of ours. I picked a Mazda 787B as my race car. The goal was to have the quickest time around the track after 1h. I was in the lead for the majority of the beginning, but as soon as the others got a good understand of their cars, they quickly beat my time. I sadly ended up last.

Monday was a full on chill day. Since it was our last day together we just spent it hanging out, played more games, watched our K-drama and walked the doggos.

Yesterday both of us had to wake up early because the bus was leaving at around 6am. Then it was another 9h of travel and I was finally home. I showed Nathan what I got for him, and he really liked it which made me super happy. Then just spent the rest of the day chilling in front of my pc playing games.
Overall it was a great trip. I really enjoyed all the things we had planned and just spending time with my friend. Her dogs are also super cute and great company to be around with. I hope I get to travel and hang out more with her.
