Reptilian monkeys

Yesterday was the most active day so far with a lot of walking around. We snakes, lizards, trolls and so many people. By the time we got back my feet were hurting so badly.

After we had eaten we jumped on the tram and headed straight down town. Our first stop was “Oslo reptile park”. We had to walk a bit from the station to get to the location, but we found it eventually. In there they had so many different creatures. They had lizards, frogs, turtles, chameleons, geckos, snakes and even a caiman. There were also some non reptiles such as monkeys, cockroaches and spiders. It was all quite interesting even though the place wasn’t that big of a place. It took us around 30 min to go through the place.

When that was done we headed down to the tourist shop. Here we were looking for magnets that Nathan’s neighbours had requested. They wanted ones that had a city on them together with the name. Since they are collecting them and they did not have anyone from Norway. We did only find one of Oslo and the rest was just Norway in general.

The next place we headed to was back to the sushi place. This time I had the grilled aubergine and fried rice with salmon together with some sushi plates from the belt. Nathan did not have sushi and ordered beef teriyaki, fried chicken and squid and 2 Oreo cakes. We tried to not eat too much since it was later than planned and we still had dinner plans at home.

When we were done eating we headed towards the candy store. We have one called “Yummy heaven” and it’s the best and biggest place to get candy in Oslo. We got two bags each with our own pick and mix selection and it wasn’t that expensive, which was a bit surprising. For our last stop we got some bubble tea. I had one a Lychee black tea with raspberry bubbles and Nathan had green tea with both bubbles and jelly. Then it was finally time to head home.

Upon arriving back we just both plonked down on the bed and proceeded to relax before dinner. On todays menu was lamb served with roasted potatoes, carrots, mushroom and peas with some gravy. It all tasted really nice, but my stomach was still a bit full from the sushi. Nothing more happened that evening since it was already quite late by the time we had finished dinner.

Fast forward till today. The only thing on the agenda was a small walk around a close by lake. Nathan and I went all the way around while my dad only walked about half of it. Since we finished way earlier we sat down playing smash or pass on the people passing by. It was also raining on and off all the time. The rest of the day was just spent to chill, enjoy the sunny weather and continue to rest our feet.
